Carl's back! End of episode description.
What? I have to keep going? Well, this is bullsh--Catfish was greatly victimized this week, and not only by his fellow podcast host's absence. The story drags on, though Catfish REPEATEDLY asks if he as to keep telling it, as do his [justifiable] complaints about recording alone last week. And then some fears are mentioned at the end. Episode Topics, who needs 'em?

Episode #51, "Your Laser Blast Shield is Leaking,” is now available for your listening pleasure. Find it on all of the podcasting apps and things. If you need help finding an app or thing, check the link in bio.
On this week’s ep (that’s technical talk for “episode”), Carl jumps off the high dive and plunges deep into his anxiety. Catfish throws him one of them floaty things (more technical talk) by trying to convince him that his anxiety is groundless by explaining, possibly in too much detail, that there are people far, FAR worse than Carl.
Also, did you know your pupils dilate when you engage in judgmental behavior? Finally, stick around for lots of plumbing tips and tricks!

Episode #29, "Election Anxiety," is now available for your listening pleasure. Find it on all of the podcasting apps and things.
This is not the first time Carl and Catfish have released an episode they recorded a few weeks prior to its release. But this is the first time they’ve bungled a topical event. Oopsie?
In this episode, the boys discuss their anxieties around election time. Oh, the joy of new polling rules and locations, interacting with well-meaning volunteers, and remembering all those ballot measures. Sure, you could vote early, but what if it ends up provisional? And does your vote even really count?
You know what? Maybe it’s better this came out after the election, that way their anxieties didn’t cause you anxiety. In fact, let’s just say that this was a completely deliberate move. You’re welcome, listeners.
Finally, the affirmation comes from a long-time listener and really strikes a chord with Catfish.

Episode #16, "Voluntarily Subjecting Yourself to Rejection," is now available for your listening pleasure in the places and the apps.
On this episode, Catfish and Carl welcome their friend, Natalia, to the show. Listen as they discuss the endless cycle of hope and rejection as it applies to performance art. They'll ask the age-old question, "Why do we do this to ourselves...?"
Do they have any answers? Are there any embarrassing stories? Who speaks French, and just how good are their recipes for toast? There's only one way to find out.
Be sure to #subscribe and #rate. Maybe leave a review? Tell a friend? Buy us a drink? Or a puppy?

Episode #15, "Cancer Problem," is now available for listening on the podcasting apps and locations.
In this very special episode, a beloved listener reaches out to Carl and Catfish with a problem (and a special request.) How will the boys respond?
And then the show brightens up with talk about routines as they relate to mental health. Yes, if you're wondering, donut availability IS discussed. I mean, obviously. And then it's affirmation time, baby, and a first for the show!
Be a part of the show! Send us your favorite (or most reviled) affirmations (or some other #BS). Or just send us questions or comments like Mrs. Mariam Dim did! Of course, be sure to #subscribe and #rate and tell all of your loved ones to listen along.
Finally, Carl and Catfish will be at Rose City Comic Con this weekend guest hosting a couple of panels (look for a separate post with those details.) Come say hi, or whatever it is people do in those situations.

Episode #14, "Mashed Cauliflower and Affirmations on Pinterest," is now available for your listening pleasure.
In this ep, Carl reveals one of his key motivators in starting the podcast. Meanwhile, Catfish threatens to withhold his favorite recipe from Carl until he starts following Catfish on Pinterest.
We also find out the HARD truth about big pharma and therapists who want to get people to come clean. Finally, class is in session: ART 80 (Remedial), that is.

Episode #13, "Generic Dance Workout (Mainly to Latin Beats)," is now available for your listening pleasure at all the finest podcasting locations.
On this week's ep, we talk about exercise and well-being with our friend and second EVER guest, Michelle! She's a Generic Dance Workout* instructor here in Tucson, and even more challenging, a friend of Catfish's for 20 years. Yet, somehow, he's never been to one of her classes (and probably doesn't even know her middle name (what a jerk!))
Listen as we talk about those Presidential Fitness Challenges that all the coolest kids failed in the 80s (thanks, Gipper!) And Carl and Catfish shed the final shrouds of anonymity on air and reveal their surnames. Have fun, blackmailers!
Like, share, comment, rate, review, verb, verb, verb! Be a part of the show and send us your favorite #affirmations (or other #BS) or any other questions and comments.
