Episode #24, "31 Days Health Movember," is now available for your listening pleasure.  If you want to know a deep, dark secret, it’s this: you can find it on all of the podcasting apps and things.

In this episode, Carl makes a big announcement: in a few days... he's going to grow some hair!  On his face, of all places. He says he's doing this for important reasons. Apparently, if you want to support and raise money for Men's Health, you can grow a mustache and November. Maybe you've heard of it? They call it Musvember.

You see, Carl here is fixing to raise $1000 towards suicide prevention and men's mental health through Movember.com.  (You can join up and/or donate HERE and join the Stop Hating Yourself Team HERE.)  How's Catfish planning to help? GREAT QUESTION.

On a lighter note, Catfish and Carl also discuss losing a wheel.  And what health doesn't mean to them.  There are a lot of ways physical and mental health interact, and for these boys, few of them are positive. That doesn't mean you shouldn't get your ass to therapy, or have a "Doctor" check your "Testicles," and that is what Movember is about. Don't let your bullshit bravado keep you from getting help.

Episode #23, "Like Tricking a Cat to Take a Pill" is now available for your listening pleasure.  If I was a betting man, I’d bet you could find it on all of the podcasting apps and things. If you need help finding an app or thing, check the Listen link on the right there.

In this ep, Carl and Catfish frantically put the car in reverse and flee the land of organized discussion with a professional, and double-time it for the swamps of disorganization and ramblery.  Ramblery, I say!

The boys have an extended check-in and catch up on the week they had.  To the surprise of no one, Catfish has some disappointing news about a loved one (but also some success?)  While Carl channels the antithesis of some Garbage lyrics (Hint: It’s not “Lovefool” [what do you mean “That wasn’t Garbage”?--I very clearly remember seeing Shirley Manson in the video for “Love Fool.”  There was a submarine or something?])

I’m required to point out that everyone had a great time.  The show ends with a very special, first-time-ever triumvirate Affirmation (or Some Other BS).  Are the boys up to the challenge?  Only one way to find out.

(that means you gotta listen)

Episode #22, "The View from the Other Side" is now available for your listening pleasure.  Find it on all of the podcasting apps and things.

In this ep, Carl and Catfish, somehow, beyond all possibility, managed to convince a professional to come visit them and chat.  Knowingly.

The boys talk to therapist Dr. Daniel Schulte about what things look like from a therapist's perspective. Dr. Dan answers some listener questions such as who needs therapy ([SPOILER] does, but [SPOILER] the time) and why isn’t there a Tinder-like app to find a good match with a therapist.

If you find yourself looking, check out psychologytoday.com or your State's Psychological Association, as well as your own Health Insurance Company's website (if you are lucky enough to have coverage).

Episode #21, "Catfish gets a flat. Also death." is now available for your listening pleasure.  Find it in all of the podcasting apps and things (or at the bottom of this post if you're reading this on our webbing site.)

You'll never believe it, but this episode starts with Catfish telling Carl about Catfish's most most recent flat tire. Again. But Carl humors the Fishman, and they end up digging down deep into the complicated and delicate subject of getting a flat.

Listen in awe as the boys discuss how their respective parents handled getting flat tires and the different ways Carl and Catfish have experienced flats in their lives.

Carl almost cries while discussing the various tires he has lost in his life. And of course, this is actually all about death and grieving. Except the first flat tire. SPOILER ALERT: That was actually a flat tire.

Finally, the boys tear Mr. Rogers a new one.  Sorry, Fred.

Episode #20, "3 and then 9 steps to beat depression," is now available for your listening pleasure. It can be found in the apps and things.

We've made it to TWENTY episodes. From now on, if you want to count along at home on fingers and toes, you're going to need a birth defect! Or a cadaver!

In this ep, we discover and share what is purported to be "the easiest way to fight depression." Who knew that a simple web search (or hashtag following) was all that was needed to find it? Thank goodness for Tumblr! And, oddly enough, oddly ordered lists!

We also have one of them new webbing sites, just like a real boy! No more wooden noses for us! But because Catfish was put in charge of it, you just know that not everything went according to plan. I don't think that fish is breathing through both his gills, if y'know what I mean.

Be sure to #listen, then #subscribe and #rate. Tell your friends and family (but not Catfish's mom, remember?)
